By now you've probably heard of the book by Eckhart Tolle titled "A New Earth" that has been catapulted to the best seller list by the midas touch endorsement of Oprah Winfrey.

Thanks for the links. I appreciated Lance's sermon a few weeks back on this subject. I was in Mardel last week and stumbled across a book titled "The Gospel According to Oprah" in the clearance section. http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0664229425
The trash can would have been a better place for it.

wait a second. Do you mean to imply that Oprah --the Oprah-- is not God come down in the flesh to enlighten us ignorant people and return us to the light that is within? Bbbbbut, what about all the good things she has done? What about finding my inner man? You mean that I am not the highest and most important essence, that I and God are not one?
